How can I have my order Expressed, Expedited or Rushed? Why some products take 2 weeks to order? 80% of our products are sent form USA and South America and sometimes they could arrive in 7 days but we can not assure they will as these times can change from country to country, usually we receive them under 14 working days.
What are your Shipping/Handling Charges? Price Base Shipping: £5.50 Flat Fee *Free of Charge* when you spend over £100 - NEXT DAY SPECIAL DELIVERY £7.50 only if you place your order before 2pm, (next day deliveries apply only to Great Britain).

I've placed an order, where is it?? You should receive an email with the tracking number, our shipments companies are Royal Mail and DPD, if you have delays please let us know as soon as possible, thank you
If you chose to return your item or full order we will send your money back after we receive the product brand new unopened and you run with the shipping costs as that service has to be paid to a third party provider in our case to Royal Mail or DPD. This apply for all EU orders.
